Exhibitor Schedule 

Tuesday, January 28, 2025

  • 10:00am – Exhibitors can begin load-in and setup
  • 5:00pm - 6:00pm – Opening reception

Wednesday, January 29, 2025

  • 8:00am – Exhibitor setup starts for the day
  • 10:45am - 11:15am – Attendee exhibitor visits/refreshment break
  • 3:00pm - 3:25pm – Attendee exhibitor visits/refreshment break
  • 4:00pm - 6:30pm – Industry reception

Thursday, January 30, 2025

  • 10:30am - 11:00am – Attendee exhibitor visits/refreshment break
  • 12:45pm - 3:00pm – Exhibitor breakdown and load-out

Exhibitors are encouraged to participate in all conference offerings to build relationships and visit with attendees.

Booth Specifications

  • Exhibit spaces are 5-by-10 feet and include an 8-foot table and two (2) chairs.
  • Electricity is available for an additional charge of $40 and is purchased during the registration process. If you have already registered and now want to purchase electricity, please contact Denise Amburgey at denise@mipotato.com.
  • Each booth space comes with one (1) complimentary registration, additional exhibitor attendees will need to register at the full conference rate of $210 or split with a Day 1 registration of $150 and a Day 2 registration of $120.
  • Complimentary booth spaces for Diamond and Platinum sponsors must be reserved prior to the event and will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Additional exhibit spaces can be purchased at a discounted rate of $450

Cancellation of Exhibit Reservation All exhibit booth cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and received by January 1, 2025. A thirty (30%) percent refund of the exhibit booth fee will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for exhibit booth cancellation requests received after January 1, 2025, or if the Exhibitor fails to use their assigned exhibit space. Submit all refund requests to the Winter Potato Conference via email at denise@mipotato.com.

Exhibitors: All exhibitors, including annual sponsors, need to register the booth space attendees. Click the Register Here link below to do so.

Exhibitors are encouraged to use our room block at the hotel for their stay. Follow the link below to book a room at the Sheraton. 

Restricted Use Pesticide Credits (RUP) are available. To receive RUP, you must complete the additional form below. RUP credits MUST be submitted by the conference start date.
