Mending the Stress Fence

Mending the Stress Fence

In this session, attendees will engage with topics related to managing stress as a normal part of the farm work plan. This topic is important because if you want to get the most from your farm, you need to be in the best physical and mental shape you can be. We will also briefly discuss how to communicate with other people who may be struggling and different signs to look for that may necessitate professional help. Session warning: suicide prevention will be discussed.
