Michigan packers shipped 53,900 cwt of potatoes during the week ending November 27, 2021. That is up from 47,500 cwt during the same week in 2020. Last week’s Michigan shipments were 90.0% Russets, 4.3% Round White potatoes, 4.6% Yellow potatoes, and 1.3% Red potatoes.

The weighted average shipping point price for Idaho Russet Norkotahs is $22.97 per cwt, unchanged from last week.

They are selling 50# cartons of size A Yellow potatoes for mostly $18.00 per 50# box, also unchanged.
